Withdrawal, non-acceptance of registration, exclusion from the event
- The number of participants is limited. Participant spots are not transferable without the written consent of the organizer.
- The participant has a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts with the confirmation of participation by the organizer according to § 1 of the general terms and conditions. The declaration of withdrawal must be sent to the organizer in written form within this period.
- In case of withdrawal after the deadline, there is no right to a refund of the participation fee. The organizer can refund the participation fee proportionally if the place can be filled again. In this case, 20% of the participation fee will be retained. In the case of a withdrawal more than 8 weeks before the event, and 50% in the case of a withdrawal up to 4 weeks before. From four weeks before the event, the entire participant fee will be retained.
- The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the event in the run-up to the event without stating reasons and refunding the full participation fee that has been paid.
- If the event is canceled, already paid fees will be refunded, further claims do not exist.
